Who we are

Vallarta Golf Lab, inside Notorious lounge, Timón 1-A, Marina Vallarta, 48354 Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. We are responsible for the personal details you give us on this website. Contact us on WhatsApp at +52 322 173 3877.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your name if you give it, your email and/or WhatsApp number, your language, the country your connection comes from, and the date you signed up.

Booking requests go directly from your phone to our WhatsApp. This website does not store them.

Why we use it

Only to send you the opening news and promotions you asked for, and to reply when you contact us. We don't use your details for anything else.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your details or share your name, email or WhatsApp number with anyone. They are stored securely with Cloudflare, our website host, whose servers may be outside Mexico. Information about how you use this website is shared with Meta through the Meta Pixel, as explained below.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, at any time. To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message or write to us on WhatsApp, and we will remove you from the list.

Analytics and videos

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal details. Trailers load from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, and only after you press play.

We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads. When you visit a page, tap a booking button or join the waitlist, the Pixel sends that event and technical details such as your browser, device and IP address to Meta, and Meta may set cookies. We never send your name, email or phone number. You can control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block it with your browser's cookie and tracking settings.

Changes

If this notice changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
